FAQ

do you provide direct billing to insurance companies?
Yes, we provide direct billing services to all major insurance companies. If you policy does not allow direct billing, we can also submit paper claims through the mail, on your behalf.
is there parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of free parking available.
What do i need to bring on my first visit?
Bring one piece of government issued phone ID along with a pair comfortable shoes and clothing.
are there any penalties for showing up late or missed appointments?
Yes, there is a$30 penalty. If you fail to cancel within  24 hours of your appointment. The same peanalty applies to missed appointments. However, we do allow for a 10 minute grace period, if you happen to be running late.
How do i make a payment? what are my payment options?
You can make a payment within the clinic. However, if for some reason you are not able to visit the clinic, we may be able to accept payment by email or phone. Our accepted payment methods are cash, credit and debit.
